FME has developed a proprietary way of doing business that is dependent
upon establishing business processes and/or systems as opposed to a business that is dependent upon the people within the company. The establishment of these processes and/or systems differentiates FME
from the competition, because the systems run the business and the employees run the systems.
A big portion of what FME brings to the table is proven experience in reducing
facility costs. Since facility-related costs typically, can represent up to 60% of a company's overhead expense, any reduction in facility-related costs translates
into increased profitability for any company and the generation of additional financial resources to fund sales and marketing programs.
FME assumes responsibility for a client's day-to-day facility-related services
calls so the client's time is better utilized in the client's core business where the employees of the client's firm can bring more value to the company, rather than
a serving as a complaint taker / request dispatcher for facility-related issues.
FME knows the areas to investigate, the systems/procedures that are the most
cost effective to use, and how to fit people into the facility equation. FME knows how to integrate various functions within a facilities group to "do more with less"
and how to organize different functional requirements into an organized work process under the direction of a single individual. Additionally, FME has the
technology-aided infrastructure to effectively manage a client's entire facility or any single function of a client's facility-related requirements.
