Applies his/her knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to the process of managing, allocating, and timing available resources to achieve the desired goal of a project in an efficient and expedient manner. The primary job function is to identify the scope of a project with client concurrence, develop project plan which defines the project steps required for  implementation, identify roles/ responsibilities/resources required for project, identify/resolve all safety/regulatory compliance issues, oversee technical design of project, conduct bid administration for project, construction management for project, procurement coordination for materials, and project  start-up/debugging/training/documentation/ close-out.  The duties of this position are performed at a client's jobsite/office and in an  office environment at FME or employee's home. The project coordinator must have dependable transportation to make frequent visits to client jobsites. Working  conditions will include work activities inside (with or without heat/AC) and outside (all types of weather conditions). There can be significant periods of walking, standing, stooping, bending, and  stair climbing associated with the project coordinator position.  This position has the authority to make the decisions associated with the  efficient and expedient execution of assigned projects that are consistent with  the client's requirements, the project's scope, and the approved project plan. 

Qualifications:

Two, or more, years of hands-on project related experience in a  commercial/industrial environment with an emphasis on facilities, utility  systems, and site development. Ability to productively use a computer and have knowledge/experience using Microsoft Office & Mircosoft Project software.  Identification of project scope. Identification of all required resources, tasks, sequencing, and dependencies of a project required to develop a written  project plan to complete the project on-time, within budget, and within the approved project scope. Identification and resolution of any/all issues associated with the project. An attention to details to assure a quality product  is achieved.  Very effective verbal and written communication skills. Initiative.  Dependability. Integrity. Responsiveness. Sensitive to needs of others. Ability  to work in a team environment.  Ability to work with little supervision. In-direct supervision of project's  timing, people resources, and financial resources. Completing projects on-time, within budget, and to the complete satisfaction of the client. Reduce costs/Add value for client and Facility Management &  Engr. Meeting Client needs. Responsiveness/accuracy when performing duties.  Results achieved. Flexibility. Having an ownership attitude towards work. Time utilization. Functions effectively in a team environment.
