Two, or more, years of hands-on project related experience in a commercial/industrial environment with an emphasis on facilities, utility systems, and site development. Ability to productively use a computer and have knowledge/experience using Microsoft Office & Mircosoft Project software. Identification of project scope. Identification of all required resources, tasks, sequencing, and dependencies of a project required to develop a written project plan to complete the project on-time, within budget, and within the approved project scope. Identification and resolution of any/all issues associated with the project. An attention to details to assure a quality product is achieved. Very effective verbal and written communication skills. Initiative. Dependability. Integrity. Responsiveness. Sensitive to needs of others. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to work with little supervision. In-direct supervision of project's timing, people resources, and financial resources. Completing projects on-time, within budget, and to the complete satisfaction of the client. Reduce costs/Add value for client and Facility Management & Engr. Meeting Client needs. Responsiveness/accuracy when performing duties. Results achieved. Flexibility. Having an ownership attitude towards work. Time utilization. Functions effectively in a team environment. |
