What is FacilityOneStop and how does it work?

FacilityOneStop is a complete, scalable, web-based facilities-management system whereby you can enter, process, and track work requests. FacilityOneStop lets you interact with vendors and other interested groups in the work order process.

As a reporting tool, FacilityOneStop gives you the ability to review processing time, costs, and other important information, so you can make informed decisions that lower your cost of operation.

How does FME assure us of facility services that are on-schedule, on-budget, and up to the quality expectations of our organization?

A big portion of what we provide is proven experience to reduce facility costs; FME’s principal brings over 25 years of success in all facets of facility services. We know which areas to investigate; we understand the systems and the procedures that are most cost-effective; and we know how to fit people into the equation to produce the results you expect. What’s more, we know how to integrate functions within a facilities group to “do more with less,” following a streamlined work process under the direction of a single individual. Additionally, we provide the technology-aided infrastructure to effectively manage your entire facility – or any part of it.

Our facility services expenses need to be identified and controlled. How does FME manage this process?

FME believes you cannot control what you cannot measure. As such, we capture all facility-related costs in our proprietary software product, FacilityOneStop. Using this tool, we monitor trends, make comparisons, and perform repair-versus- replace analysis using historical equipment data. FacilityOneStop allows your organization to establish a charge-back system whereby facility costs are included in each department’s line-item budget. FacilityOneStop also enables online solicitation of all subcontracted services and the selection of the most cost-effective solutions.

How can FME help me control my business more effectively?

With FME, you get better information for a clearer picture of the real-time status of all facility services, including costs and quality issues. Better information allows you to target service requests more effectively and makes interaction with service contractors more efficient. We provide a better service history by capturing data from every point in the service environment, in real time, across all trades, throughout all properties, and enterprise-wide. You get up-to-the-minute information to make the most of your service relationships and plan effectively for future service needs.

With FME, you can expect better equipment maintenance. We leverage service-history data to calculate the total cost of ownership of your capital assets. This informs decisions about equipment usage and future purchases. You can also expect better troubleshooting, thanks to FME’s proactive notification. You’ll know when service issues arise, when they are addressed, and when they are resolved. Furthermore, our data allows you to pinpoint potential trouble spots before they become costly problems.

What sets FME apart from competitors?

We have developed a proprietary way of doing business, which depends upon “processes and systems” as opposed to the good intentions of people within the company. FME’s proven processes and systems differentiate us from our competitors, because the processes and systems run the business – the employees run the processes and systems. FME enables the success of your business by providing the tools that empower the success of its people, too.
