FacilityOneStop® Total Management Solution
FacilityOneStop is a proprietary, Internet-based software suite available exclusively to FME clients. It gives you an easy-to-use tool set for managing the many tasks associated with your facility operations. With FME as your facility partner, FacilityOneStop provides a communications link for: work requests, cost estimates, work authorizations, progress tracking, status reporting, changes orders, repair-or-replace decisions, and more.
FacilityOneStop allows real-time communications with FME, as well as reference for job-specific information — photos, floor plans, service manuals, schematics. Now a contractor can easily access all necessary information beforehand and arrive at the task totally prepared.
Facility 1-Stop Technical Services
Facility 1-Stop Technical Services gives you a single source for all facility service functions, including: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, janitorial, lawn care, snow removal, roofing, telephone, data, building remodeling, new construction, project management, construction management, pest control, and energy audits and implementation.
Some services are performed by subcontractors, who are prescreened to meet our rigorous certification standards. FME has negotiated competitive pricing with providers to keep your costs as low as possible. You are not likely to secure such pricing elsewhere. To enhance efficiency and keep administrative expense to a minimum, we process all service requests via FacilityOneStop.
