FME Launches Redesigned, Expanded Web Site
FME announced today it has launched a new web site: http://www.facilitymgt.com. The site brings easier access to users and a more comprehensive source of information on FME’s products and services.
“Buildings represent a huge investment for companies, and they come with significant expense for operation,” says FME President and Founder Wayne Washington. “FME is here to help facility managers turn a significant expense into significant savings... and our new web site emphasizes this to them.”
The FME web site visually reinforces the idea of savings with images of common building features. For example, a dripping faucet is accompanied by the question: When was the last time a faucet paid you anything?
The FME site went live on November 19. In addition to background on the firm and information about its products and services, users can access news about the company and sign up for its newsletter. The newsletter keeps facility managers aware of relevant product and service ideas and offers tips for more efficient facility management.
FME worked with the EXTEND GROUP to develop the new site. It is the first in a series of planned initiatives to make facility managers aware of FME and empower them to perform more efficiently.
“Over the coming months, we plan to continue to develop messages and take them to the marketplace,” says Wayne. “Companies need all the help they can get to trim needless expense and make their operations more efficient.”
